Per CCP's request, removed the remote logging features.Additionally, we wanted to point out the instructions for creating your own standings.xml for use with BACON.

Fixed up a couple of issues that were left over from the beta, as well as one that slipped through beta testing.- Removed the default standings list -- everyone will alert as neutral until you set one up yourself
- Removed some code that was left over from beta that likely was preventing people from outside my alliance from using it
- Made the limiter for the Arrive/Depart log actually work
